Under the patronage of University President Prof. Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, and supervised by College Dean Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhannad Khalifa Obeid, a scientific workshop titled “Women Entrepreneurs and Green Projects” was held on Sunday, March 3, 2024. The event was organized by the University’s Women Empowerment Division in cooperation with the College’s Sustainable Development and Women Empowerment Units. Speakers included:
Dr. Alaa Faeq Habeeb: Spoke on sustainable development projects and their environmental and societal significance.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Ghaidaa Sadiq Salman: Discussed green technologies and global economic and environmental trends.
Ms. Mina Jassim Abbas: Participated as a model of entrepreneurial women in Iraqi society.
The event concluded with letters of appreciation presented by the Dean.
