On Wednesday, March 13, 2024, Asst. Prof. Dr. Basim Faisal Abdul Naif participated as a committee member in the discussion of a high diploma thesis (equivalent to a master’s degree) in strategic security planning. The research, titled “The Impact of Strategic Orientation on Human Capital Management Practices: The Interactive Role of Organizational Culture,” was conducted by student Jamal Mohammed Hussein at the Iraqi Prime Minister's Office.
