In the name of Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah and his family and companions...

This position is crucial within the organizational structure of Iraqi universities and colleges due to the responsibilities and tasks it entails in administrative, financial, and technical aspects. In conclusion, I sincerely wish continued success and prosperity for our Iraq, our university, and our college in all areas and fields.
